X-Men 3 Statues?

Anyone know if these are actually going to come out or be officially announced? I was thinking of commissioning some private pieces from the various movies, but if they come out with some great Gentle Giant statues it'd make my character selection that much easier. I know they were mentioned as possibilites when the deal was struck, but I've heard nothing but the busts.

Well there are the Sideshow Juggernaut and Beast Statues, but other than that I havn't heard anything. I think if they were going to be done they would be floating around by now.

Yeah, the movie is already out. I feel it's unlikely they would make any new statues or busts. But then again, wasn't the Matrix Reloaded movie long out before Gentle Giant decided to make the Persephone(Monica Belucci) bust?

I am very disappointed in the SideShow Maquettes for X-3. Mainly, they are not movie accurate. The best maquette doesn't even look anything like Beast in the movie.

The Gentle Giant X3 busts are another let down. Small scale busts.

Yeah, and for some reason the Beast maquette is naked. I don't think he shows up in the movie like that...

Well the whole point of the Sideshow pieces is that they're ripped straight from Spectral Motions design maquettes for the movie, so they're not really intended to be accurate, just show the thought process in developing the final versions. Which is a shame, cause the Sideshow Juggernaut looks 1000 times better than the final version.

At any rate, I suppose you guys are right, if there were any decent statue line coming out something would have been announced by now.
