New pics from a collector...First the forehead, and now this. I haven't seen a single in hand piece that looks anywhere near the proto. I hope this significant drop in quality won't be a reoccurring problem with the rest of their LSB.

I’m sorry, but eeek!
I honestly don’t know how anyone can still say that they prefer ‘this’ over Queens production piece?
Well I’m hoping that for those who have this preordered that ‘this’ is due to some major lens distortion
If I didn’t know better I would say that this was a knock off.

Every company should be required to release decent studio shots of their production pieces, we go through this crap every new statue.

No doubt there is some major lens distortion in those pics.
The out-of-the-box look of the hair should be totally expected too.
That element is going to take TLC on both busts to get it looking right to start, and then maintaining it afterwards.
There is going to be some user error seen in various examples of these across both companies - and for any bust in the future that has similarly long, rooted hair.
Paying for 'em is one thing. Optimizing them once in hand is something else.
That said- Those odd bags under the eyes were visible on other samples, possibly even the original.
And yeah, there is also clearly miscalculation in the proportions in regards to the forehead/hairline.
Hopefully for the people that have it on order, they'll be able to look past those things and focus on general presence of it, which I'm sure will still be quite strong, if less than perfect.
The first pic seems to have the least amount of distortion and doesn't look to me that far off from the proto. Move that tiara up a bit and fix the hair and you'll see a big improvement.

Honestly over the past year I see a mix of photos and at times feel very nervous and others very excited. Based on past experiences I know photos can lack what one sees in person. Watched several review videos and with a comb and proper lighting I still say looks great.

Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

Definitely lens distortion in those pics. Easy to see that, especially for long time collectors and those who are familiar with photography.
The review videos shows how great this bust is, the negative words here usually comes from those who failed to get one, and they usually don't admit that, of course.

I cannot link it, but a collector posted instagram video and I do think once the hair is done it makes a difference. Also shows a lot of detail. There are definitely strong positive and negative feelings about the piece and for me all of Infinity Studios reputation and possible future orders are riding on it. I know I'm at the back of the line so maybe Summer get my own to evaluate.

I just saw a review on another in hand and this one looks much better.
I'm not trying to bash this piece, I just want IS to put their all into production. Especially since they're charging 4k for these now. Their in hand Batman Busts turned out amazing, so I know the potential is there.

In some pictures her eyebrows look like they're going to slink off and metamorphosize into butterflies.

I agree. Totally. Well, they sure are taking their time to make these WW busts (Batman even got released faster) so these WW busts better be wonderful, as the ones in the video reviews!
