mr sinister is one of my most wanted characters but this just isn't wowing me yet. maybe once its posed but there are a few stylistic choices im not feeling "diamond overload" being one of them

Nathan of Diamonds? ...like Jack of Hearts. ...yeah.

Excited to see this one, but definitely some work to be done on the costume.

For example, not sure why two more diamonds were added where his shoulder pads are. And I like Mr. Sinister with a red belt as it's a nice contrast to all the black/dark blue on his suit. But, whatever, that's an creative license that doesn't harm much.

What I'm not digging is the thigh-high leg warmers. Yes, I know that in some Sinister designs they are depicted like this, but it can vary -- even in Silvestri art. I hope that they are revisited to make them lower, more like a shin guard that terminates on the front of the thigh (perhaps flush to his leg instead).

I do wonder what pose will be used! And does this mean that soon we will see a Scott, Jean and Madelyne (Goblin Queen) to round out the family history?

Me either with an unfinished T-pose. This was shown to show the frame / body of Mr. Sinister. The costume comes later. I think they got the frame on Mr. Sinister just about right.

Well sonic I'm sure after pose and base are done it will be great but those are just first shots of him being drawn in anatomical position on Z-brush which they typically do at first before they get the rest done! But I'm sure you already know this Sonic...

After doing some poking around I agree he's diamonded out too much, and I would like to see this with red belt as well as different boots too.... If doing shorter ones I think it would diminish the sight or thought of leg warmers... But it's still early and I'm sure this will turn out nicely...

the "pose" is a non-issue, well because there is no pose lol

not feeling the superman style briefs and diamonds galore, the rest including the boot things are fine - but even still just doesn't have that "wow factor" right now. being that this is one of my most wanted characters im just kind of like "yeah, looks ok"
