I took an IQ test and the results were negative.

It is extremely frustrating to know their customer service is almost non-existent. I contacted them about a refund, and received a response a few days later stating the 90$ cancellation fee, and my options for remaining balance. I opted to have accounting refund me, and never heard back. Have since emailed them twice with no response. What the hell is going on?!

I've been waiting four months for a refund, I've done everything possible to contact them. Contacted Ant directly, still nothing. I won't spend a cent with them again, no matter what they are producing. Their product is good, it's just everything else which is a shame.

I feel for everyone. I believe I had the 1st vocal problem with this company and it appears I have been proven right. I'm so glad I got to dump my pre orders on EBay. If anyone is going to SDCC they will be there and can't run from you.

That's essentially my situation from 3 weeks ago. Still no response.

I had no problems transferring one NRD towards my ex poison, but that didn't involve them giving me my money back

I had the same situation not long ago. Transferring a deposit to another order didn't take them long. If they have to give back money then that's where the wait begins.

I essentially have been spamming their instagram page asking how come they have disappeared and not refunded my money. Went to top 12 posts to see if I get some sort of response.

This will be my most antcipated SDCC.
If PCS doesn't announce an exclusive distributorship with Sideshow or that they bought them out completely PCS is truly done.

Why would SS buy them out completely?
They have nothing SS want or need.
