I see. Is there a method of solicitation before PCS commits to production?
I saw Mattel do something like this for their Castle GraySkull playset.
For example, if solicitation yields
250 preorders = $500.00 statue.
150 preorders = $600.00 statue.
Less than 150 = Not worth your time.

Yep, I totally would. At the price point you listed it is still significantly cheaper than getting these characters custom made, even with a decent ES.
Bring on T.Hawk, Yun, Yang, Mokoto, Sakura, C. Viper!

Yes
Those price are just as good, if not better, than other 1/4s from other companies with larger edition sizes.
So a little bit more, for a 1/4 to match the rest + PCS low ES, I'll bite.

Depends on the character. Dee Jay, Fei Long and T. Hawk MM are a must for the complete SSF2 lineup.

Hugo for $600 for sure since there will be poison to match.
DeeJay only for $500 if a Fei Long and T. Hawk were for sure so as to complete the original Street Fighter II cast.
C'mon Jerry as a fellow collector you have to respect that goal. And soon seems the only realistic possibility.
So so so many times in these "hobbies" lines get cut short.
Do a triple pack of DeeJay, Fei- Long, and T. Hawk for a discount and singularly for a Premium.
Look I'm not in this business so I don't have the experience or data but we all know the 1/4 game can't keep going like it has and most of us can't/won't follow to where it would.
