Playing games with anything other than the standard hardware/software as designed by licensed originator to provide ANY advantage and or circumvent the rules over those using the available standard products is a CHEATER by definition.

One of The Main reasons I stop playing Gears was because the Mods it take the fun out of the game but on the other hand it make the trash talk even sweeter when the guys with mods lose jajajajja
