I have Chronicles Baby Blue ordered from them, shipping is supposed to be 4.00 on it as well. However it says this too :

I'll find out as soon they ship Blue.
Edit: Checked my order and it reads like this :
Subtotal: $999.99
Shipping: $4.00
Tax: $92.87
Total: $1,096.86
So based on that the shipping really is 4.00 . I guess the explanation is just to let folks know how they will ship.

Your only option to "pay in full" is to select payment in 1 installment. You pay the deposit now, and remaining amount when it ships. No way to pay the whole thing upfront. so set the $$$ aside.

Or you can also make the order with the biggest number of instalments possible, and later, ask P1S to process all the instalments. They will do it except for the last one + shipping. This last ones will be charged upon delivery.
