Maybe the new head will look better with more photos. The first head was criticized to no end when the one photo was released.
And then people saw it from another angle and the majority was wowed by it.

Am I the only one who thinks the orginal sdcc head looks like the red head from 'That 70's Show'???
I'm passing on this and the Rogue. The faces are lackluster.

I think the original had a face shape similar to Brie Larson. Especially from the front.

Sorry, forcing people to buy two $600 statues to get the head you want (and the head that was advertised) is not a solution.

The buy 2 statues if you want both portraits would be an absolutely terrible idea. I’d stop purchasing if Sideshow stopped that low.

I've been beating myself up over this the last few days. I did make some stupid comments based on the first pic before SDCC. If that negativity convinced Sideshow to change the portrait then I contributed to it.
I'm not going to comment on the new portrait, there's no point. What's baffling me though is why Psylocke? The one that after SDCC almost everyone loved. Why not Rogue's coh? and the other portraits that got heavily criticized?
Anyway it's just X-23 for me now and i can't blame Sideshow this time.
