I think the winking will turn out well on Dinah. Just a feeling. Although, I didn't like it that much on the Tekken girl Asuka.
First thought was that she's stretching before or after getting in a fight. I think it's a fun pose. They probably wanted some movement in the pose like Batgirl and Huntress. I guess they could have used a karate like pose with the arms. We'll see what the final illustration looks like in a few months I guess.

I wish she wasn't winking. I don't like the winking ones. It doesn't translate well in the sculpture to me and looks a bit funky. Other than that though, I think she looks great!

I like the illustration so I'll wait to see if the actual statue remains faithful to the illustration. So far, the DC bishoujo line has been faithtful to Shunya's illustrations.
I'm wondering if Black Canary's base is going to be translucent instead of all black?
