So they compared my photo to at least 3 other portraits, and none of them were better?

As you're probably aware the emails they send out regarding issues is pretty boilerplate in that most of them have the exact same responses. It's like all they do is copy and paste and enter your name and that's it.
I've read a few 'negative' responses posted to the forums, and they all read like the one you posted. It's probably Sideshows default approved form when they don't want to, or can't do anything about it.
