The claw actually fits inside his arm, but as said he couldn't bend his wrist.

The bottom right arm is proper scale to fit from wrist to elbow. Looks much better IMO.

If this is a new line of 1:4 scale busts I have a feeling they will be using the best/classic versions of characters as busts when I'd much prefer them as PF's which will be very frustrating, classic Cap, Thor, Iron Man etc.

i dunno, size seems fine for what it is. id honestly rather this than 1/2 scale, i just find that scale bizarre - at least this would fit in with a 1/4 scale collection. ideally this would have made a pretty incredible life size but they just made theyre smiling jack bust to fill that niche
