I think it looks cool but there's lack of harmony between the brown, black and green. They're too contrasted. The green needs to extend up the base of the cloak. Maybe give it green highlights to enhance that glow effect. The colour brown could also be incorporated into the outfit or just change the colour of the wings entirely.

The AOD sculpt is phenomenal imo, but that paintjob, meh. As detailed as that sculpt is, the paints have to bring out the detailing in the sculpt a whole lot better. I think it looks like they just ran out of time and threw that together last minute. If that is the final paintjob they all will have, then I think they missed a really big opportunity with that awesome sculpt.

the sculpt is fantastic. I do think the paint job could be more detailed. Looks like 3 colors were used....black, brown, and green.

Totally agree. Really nice sculpt but I'm not a fan of the color scheme so I'm going to have to pass. I don't have the energy to look for a painter to get it re-painted plus there's so many other great statues coming out.
