Which German Forum? I'm English so that's why I asked here - this is pretty much the only statue forum I frequent.

Can you provide a link to the other place? I'm very curious and yes, it's about the JND pre order

Oh okay, I thought you might be German too.

From what I know they are very trustworthy.
There were some reports in fb groups of slow/bad communication at the start of the year. But I am sure it's also because of a lot of impatient people spamming them with E-Mails every day.
When I wrote to them 2 days ago I got a fast, friendly and detailed reply.

I pre-ordered JND Selina at AC but it's also my first.
So far so good, everything seems very professional but I won't know until a few weeks out when I'll receive her.

I would suggest polystoned.de forum, the people there might have more to say.

I also pre ordered with AC - but they do not answer their phone or respond to emails. So I am a little concerned. They say they will have the statue / pick it up from JND this weekend (05.03.2022) - but this is hard to believe when JND hasn't sent anything to Europe yet.

They want the final payment as a Bank transfer.....this is why I wanted to contact them, to change the payment to Credit Card, which of course gives more protection.

How will you proceed?

I have already paid the sum in full, I trust them.

The Seilna statues haven't arrived in Europe, that's correct. They (AC) are picking them up in Korea this week and will transport them from there, very likely via shipping container. So it will take anbother 8-10 weeks for them to get to Germany.

Other people got informed that they will finally receive their JND Ledger Joker from them this week.

I ordered the JND Joker at Amazing Collectibles and the connection via mail was very good. They told me when the ship from asia had a delay and when the container arrived in Germany. And now, maybe tomorrow or on Saturday the Joker will arrive after a long time !
