Totally, my hopes for Alex after shipping 7 months late.

1) Flawless paint app. (Sagat quality)

2) Good QC

That was it!

And for some, he delivered.

But I'm still over the glued on busted hair.

I don't mind grabbing a paint brush and fixing a little blemish. But $400.00 statues CANNOT arrive broken and glued together!

Please lord, never use that factory again!

P.S. I'd still love to know why the Blue Veins were omitted?

Even the box he came in shows the painted Blue Sagat Vein work.

I think an alternate color should suffice. My preference being yellow that I posted previously.

Being such a new character, alternate costumes seem a waste to me, as we haven't gotten to know even the default Gouken for very long. Also, such an intricate costume following on the heels of Balrog might slow down the production line even more than we know/already deal with.

That's what I'm afraid of too, hope this can be reproduced as good looking as the prototype with the same fabric used on it of course.

i think PCS don't want to have to deal again with same issues they had with Alex

This thread needed a bump. Jerry has stated that they've moved on to tailoring his clothes, and preorder is coming up.

Hopefully another sneak coming soon.

Anyone else have ideas for the Ex? I personally like his Regular costume or Alt 1.

Wonder if we can see an updated 3D render of his stance/pose...?

For his EX, he might be posed in a way that arms could be swapped out, like Sub Zero. Maybe one look is a stance and another could be like a fireball stance. Dunno.
