Are we talking big in big in size? Or big in character demand? Either way, I bet it's Batman related. Ala Grundy or Clayface.

Could be literal. Joker was a big piece, even the 1/6 weighs a ton. Could be a large character like Croc, Grundy, or Clayface or an elaborate set like Joker was.
