Oh yeah and Trauma Center is a cool doctor like game if you guys can stomach it. It's not incredibly bad or anything but it's a really good series.

Actually, no, those games would have been for me.... I guess I need to keep in mind this is my son's Christmas present, not mine............

Metroid Prime Hunters is good but the controls are rather hard to adjust to and if he's young, may have trouble with it. I would go with either Zelda, Mario 64, or New Super Mario Brothers.

It's not that hard if you buy the forgotten wrist strap that came with the original blocky DS. It comes with a thumb pad piece at the end and you use that to control the view for Samus. It's idea for that sort of game really and it's the only way I play it. Like 3 bucks straight from Nintendo. It's too hard with the stylus.
