VS if you need me to send anything off to them, let me know. I should be getting Geralt in the coming weeks and I'm sure the bill will be huge, just let me know what you need me to do.

I have to wait until CBSA response to my claim (1) if refunds are granted then it would be forwarded to Sideshow, which I will post here (2) If it's denied, I need to access the details and refile it again and press them on every issue that the HS code has. (3) I will most likely take this to my cousin who is a corporate lawyer and ask for help to dispute this against CBSA.
I'm hoping to have some sort of answer within a week or so. I filed the B2G form first & 2nd week of June. Should take a month until I hear from them.

I was wondering if it's just a context/phrasing/translation thing.
Because it seems like we're going round in circles with you, and the text sideshow-chicky quoted couldn't be any clearer or any more specific.

If the answer is "YES" - that could give the (approximated) figures below.
$380 USD = $504 CAD
GST/PST/HST (whatever) at 13% = $66 CAD
New duty at 6% = $30 CAD
Brokerage charges = $11 CAD
So yeah - not pretty - that's a total of around 21% in taxes/fees.
(* PLUS shipping PLUS the crappy exchange rate *)

That sounds about right, when I got Hulk vs Wolverine, if I remember it correctly, the bill from FedEx was like $197.

It just kills the collecting for me knowing that I'm paying quite a it more then others. I think I'll stick with XM as right now the Canadian dollar and Singapore dollar are on par and you can midigate those customs charges if you are creative
