It says it in his post. It's the HX/XM HULK. This is a 1/6 scale HULK that is designed in Singapore. They also released a 1/6 Cap, Black Widow, Iron Man, Loki, and Red Skull statues (among a few others). None of them are for sale in the Western part of the world. You have to find a contact in Singapore (or an country XM's license allows them to sell in) and have them buy it for you and then ship it to you. That's probably why you haven't seen too many of these on our side of the pond.
