Fixing Statue Model - Help!

Hello Friends!

I am new this this forum! Long time reader and first time poster .

I collect mostly French comic statues from Attakus, Moulinsart, Aroutcheff, Fariboles and Leblon. I also make it a point to buy the older classics like any Tarzan statue that comes out, Prince Vailant, Etc.

Statue name: Aroutcheff Spirou Vroup Camion

Spirou is a popular character in France.

I bought the statue recently and it arrived with a stress fracture. Please see the photos. Is this even fixable. The Tank is hollow and made of wood. The rest of the truck is made of resin.

Please kindly share your thoughts! Several of you are experts and I would appreciate any thoughts or ideas you have! Thanks so much! Looking forward to your input and ideas!

superglue it....then fill in imperfections with putty....sand until perfect and no transition can be seen...then repaint. you might have to repaint the cab too. sorry but there is no way to bring that back to its original form pre damage.

either that or return it for a refund and get a new one.
