just received the email, i have to return mine but they have the replacement ready to ship once they get the damaged one. hopefully this story has a happy ending

Shipped mines early this morning. Fingers cross my Ex Thanos replacement is inspected before they ship it as I email them hopefully to do so. Because the one I had was basically in mint condition except for the fact the first plate on his chest was missing Smh

Shipped mine off for a full replacement. Why are the wanting all these “defective” pieces back? The box is huge so the shipping alone on the returns must be massive. To me it would be cheaper to have us destroy them but they must have something planned for the returns....which scares me.

Weird... I live in Canada and got the email to destroy my ToT yesterday in order to ship the replacement buuuuuuuuuut I just got a text now from DHL saying I have a shipment being delivered tomorrow from SS. So they either perhaps messed up and shipped it early, or they're shipping me an apology in a box, hopefully in the shape of a stripper.
