Seth Green's Freshmen - Puppeteer Bust

I didn't see a thread about this one, so if I just missed
or overlooked it, please forgive my double-post. Either
way, I just discovered this beautiful looking bust and wanted
to insure that others here knew about her as well:

Looks beautiful to me (as always), but the main question
that I can't resist asking, is why oh why wasn't she created
as a full-sized statue, when she is so close right now? Is it
exceedingly much more time/work/difficulty to do such a thing?

If the legs are already down to mid-thigh, why not just finish
them off at that point? Same thing for the beautiful Magdalena
Bust that I've always loved, and would love even more if she
had legs and an amazing and dynamic stance.

If you would please post here Mr. Moore, I'd love to learn more about it.

Beautiful work as always, and I can't wait to see further
releases in the same line.

I'm sure the "full size Vs Bust" issue gets discussed during the contract talks, and it was decided a bust would be best for all parties. I expect a bust is less time consuming (from initial sculpt to paint to factory) and cheaper to produce than a full size. Either way, it's a good looking piece.

Just the stand-out thing on this piece, is that she is
complete down to mid-thigh. Just a "bit" more and she
would have been a full-sized statue.

Normally a bust is down to the waist, and arms may or may
not be included, no arms being the more traditional approach.

Just curious on the story behind how these decisions are made.
