Dont justify it - you cant, no-one can - there are people , whole families, starving in the world.
Feeling bad is pointless.
They dont have anywhere suitable to display a CM and shipping would be a killer.

I just picked up the Alien CM and I have to say it was incredibly well packed - far better than any of the other CM's I have had.
The individual pieces are wrapped and then braced very tightly in place with foam in several places. There is no way I could imagine it breaking. My only fault with the Alien is that the head is not wrapped.
My T800 and 850 seemed to have more give in it for some reason.
Can anyone post pics of the Aragrn unpacking process? I am interested to see if it is a one piece affair or requires some assembly/dressing.

Yep, definately very good packaging but as I`ve said before, distance can take its toll.

...and that applies to every company...point is.....cinemaquette have the best packaging.....code 3 is pretty good too.... saw a buddy t-800 and that thing is packed to survive some pretty serious abuse.....a thick box inside another box then surrounded by foam corners with another box on the outside....beautiful...

Indeed it does apply to all companies. Also, I`m not disputing the fact that they do have the best packaging. I`m well aware of what their packaging is like.
