I agree…but she would still be a day one order for me. She was like a lame robin for wolverine at first…so I really disliked here when I was a kid. BUT…since that time, she has grown on me…becoming a vampire and all that.

We could use a "Hope" as well. And Dr. Nemesis? And Domino..Dang..there better be another Marvel Contract for Bowen and he should stop messing around with folks like Tigershark. We have an X-universe worth of statues to buy.

Randy posted this on Facebook a little while ago:
For those who have asked about our contract with Marvel. Here is the latest:
We are still in negotiations with Marvel, but as yet have not inked a new deal... yet. The pieces you are seeing are being worked "on spec" by various artists. If and when we get the contract signed, these will go into production. Thanks!

It's nice to hear from him again after quite some time. I hope all the statues I like won't come all at once. My wallet won't be able to take it.

Not likely. Hasbro is hanging on to the license with their lives.

Are we expecting prices to go up on all Marvel products now?

Prices are always going up, renegotiated contracts or not.

It's not about him losing the license.
If he just signed on the dotted line i'm sure he would have the license straight away, he's obviously trying to get a better deal and that's why it's taking so long.
With production costs getting higher and the amount he sells getting lower ( especially with not well known characters ) he probably wants the best deal he can get.
He's always said he could get any license he wanted so if Marvel didn't happen it wouldn't mean the end of Bowen Designs at all.
