There are pics of the 10 new paintings on Joe's twitter feed. They're awesome! Especially like Valkyrie and Sue.

There were a few, including these two, that Joe said had already been painted for the card set. They never made it, but will be in the book. The ten he pictured on twitter were the ten brand new paintings created just for the book.

The last painting that was pulled from the card set at the last minute is the original Captain America card, which will also be included.
