This is definitely from ROTF. (Granted, I may be missing something that you saw, hence my question.)

I'm also hoping they display the DOTM Megatron that was promised a few years back.

In ROTF, Optimus Prime merges with Jetfire, and the jet pack is black, with 2 huge jet boosters on it.In Dark of The Moon, the jet pack is greyish/silver, has 2 sets of wings[one large, one small], and the jet boosters are smaller.
