Invincible Discussion
Man, we need a thread here where there can be a discussion about the greatest comic of all time......Invincible.
I'm in the middle of my annual read through. Each time I catch new stuff and find new pages to hunt. I had read recently that besides Kirkman having 10 years worth of Walking Dead television seasons, he has plot points through 500 issues of Invincible. That's over 30 more years of Invincible comics! I suppose when the main character has DNA of a race that lives to be thousands of years old, why not?
For those of you that have read or are reading the series, who are your fav characters? Your favorite arcs? Thoughts on where the book is headed?
I absolutely love Angstrom! The idea of him having the knowledge of thousands of different dimensions is sooooo cool. Can't believe he got killed so easily. Boooooooo.
Been loving things recently. Really excited about this next issue! A badass showdown!

I have read all the TPB and I really think this is one of the best books out there. I like the war storyline and Alan of course. I am behind your reading since the last tpb and just got the invincible U tpb and it was good also.

Is the series still going or did it wrap ala Fables and Sandman?

Still going! Things are really ramping up with maybe 3 or 4 intertwined storylines. I finished reading the series again recently. Such a great read. Love books where you pick up extra stuff each read through. I've actually grown fond of Art the tailor and Invincibles mom, Debbie.

I read the first 5-6 TPB's years ago and loved them. Always meant to go back but never did. May load up next Comixology sale.
