Man that print is beautiful. Ugh, SS fails yet again.

From head to base aside from x23 and rogue all the x women feel a bit rushed or rather uninspired to some degree imo, and even still with rogue SS said they didn’t have the time to give a proper coh.

When i look at the entire x line up i see only 2 certified hits x23 and wolverine (rogue is an honorable mention but given the mix reception personally wouldn’t consider it a "hit"). Don’t get me wrong, not a bad looking line up of statues but when you consider SS has the best sculptors in the business we should be blown away by 4-5 of these at the very least imo.

SONICobra asked about x-force variants. I can see this happening with the original portrait.

i would buy the hell out of that, especially if it came with an x base like the x-force deadpool

You all noticed every time they show the psylockes new face they dim the lights, and try to angle it to the best view. They are definintly covering up the face with special effect lighting. If it was shown it bright light most will not like it. This change was terrible. The proto was a masterpiece! They should include that portrait and just add in 100.00. People would still buy it.

I'm trying to for e myself to like this cause I want a Psylock so bad, but I cannot get over SS poor decisions. The face, the neck, and the base could be done way better. Anyone working on a custom headsculpt??

The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket.

I will be getting this and if someone is going to make a custom head sculpt, I'm in for that too!

This is another example of a whitewash by Sideshow. Psylocke is supposed to be a Japanese woman, but she has absolutely zero asian facial features. The face sculpt fails to capture the essence of a woman, let alone an asian woman. This is Sideshow's second attempt and you could argue that the first sculpt is better. The bottom line is, this Psylocke looks too masculine, the face is too elongated, and her facial features are not that of a Japanese woman (Google images is not hard to find). I wonder if this piece will sit, or maybe collectors will commission artists to do a true face sculpt? Sideshow step your game up
