Wishing Igo the best in future endeavors. While I've been very critical of past SS releases, (a) I don't know how much of my criticisms Igo had direct control over and (b) I can't discount his hand in the statues that were truly amazing.
My selfish hope is he joins Tweeterhead to continue that amazing MotU 1/5 statue series.

Igo Art Direction has given us some nice pieces over the years but he's also given us a lot of weird art choices too...
Best of luck to him...

aw man no way! well i know hes had a hand in many of the pieces in my collection, hes always been cool - sad to hear hes leaving what i would consider a dream job. i know hes been doing some stuff with satellite soda on some different kind of collectibles, hopefully they continue to scratch that artistic itch

Good luck Igo. I've seen some of your sculpts on YouTube from monsterpalooza(I think) and was very impressed. I hope you get to do your own thing while making a decent living.

Wish Igo the best of luck in his future endeavors. I may not have always agreed with the art direction but I do believe he took the collectors input to heart and on some occasions even changed things mid stream. He gave his time to come and post here and I always admired that.

There have definitely been misses under his direction but there have also been some all time great pieces and I'd say recently some of the best pieces Sideshow has ever put out. I also think his presence here has always been professional even when the level of discourse hasn't been great. Respect.

I believe SS is just the vendor for those prints. Has nothing to do with their art direction and they don’t set the price. They just make a commission if someone buys them.

I respect the work he's done for the company and wish him well on his future endeavors.
I do, however, wonder if we will start seeing more unambiguously classic costumes. I'm told Igo wasn't too fond of the whole undies-on-the-outside thing.
