Full archival framing can be very expensive. Often more than the value of the print itself. All depends on the materials you use. Quality of frame, number of mats/fillets and the type of glass all factor in.

Thank you! The frame does have some red in it, but it was difficult to capture it.

Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

Ive had these for awhile now but never posted them.

First up was an unexpected birthday gift from my sister and niece (3 years old). Right before Christmas they came over to the house and saw my wall of Englert prints and we started talking about them and showing off the various glow in the dark images. Anyway my sister surprised me with the simpsons shining print for my birthday. My niece told her " we have to wrap it" so she decorated the tube like a birthday cake, lol.

The other is my horkey game of thrones print my parents framed for me for Christmas that was a total nightmare getting framed due to aaron brothers multiple screwups... and still didnt come out right. The issue im most angry about is the matting came out way larger than i requested making it not fit where i wanted to place it.

I used the exact same frame on my Frazetta death dealer lithograph. Looks great.

Had this print for awhile. My fiance had it framed for me for Christmas and finally got it on the wall. The frame is nothing fancy but I really love it.

Went to the framers today and took in one of my absolute favorite prints. Last year went through a crazy reframing of my Englerts and had frames left over made for 12"x36" prints. Decided to utilize one of those unused frames, which left just the mat and glass to purchase. Those 2 things together was $140. Not bad, IMO. Picked a nice matte black mat with a white bevel. Matches the print beautifully. See if you can tell which print got dropped off.

Correct. Shouldn't be long til it's ready. The white bevel really makes the white on the print pop. Looks fantastic. I tried a gold mat, but even with 1/16" showing, still way too much gold.

EDIT: just realized I passed 4k posts. Woot woot!
