That design is kind of astounding in just how awful it is for Captain America. Looks like they traced over Arkham Knight Batman and threw on a star and shield.

It does look very much like Arkham Cap or Captain America Beyond. Pretty savage version of him too if that is blood dripping from his shield.

I think the costume on the concept art looks just about as good as the costume on this new PF. I'm not a fan of either.

Not sure why an artist would make career of copying someone else's work unless they get paid to do it?
