in the original comics from darkhorse they were set in the future(around the same time as the alien movies) and they fought on a planet called ryushi. Noguchi and a predator teamed up and they beat the aliens, and he "initiated" her. that sounds goofy, but it was a pretty good comic. at least the first series was good, the rest were so-so

This character was around in the comics way before the AvP movie.

The woman in the AvP movie is supposed to be a nod to this character.

I'm very tempted to get this. I was a fan of the Dark Horse series back in the 90s. She looks bad ass as a figure, but I'd prefer her as a PF.

It's a very very nice looking figure. What it's supposed to be, I have no idea.

The articulation points are a bit ugly, but apart from that it looks very nice.
