She’s officially listed as “coming soon” on the SS blog, so hopefully that means she’ll be shipping in the next couple of weeks. Super stoked for this one!

I got my shipping notice as well, and very excited to get Jane Thor, but going to have to push her back a couple weeks due to too much hitting up at one time.

I also got my shipping notice. IMO, this is definitely one of the more underrated statues from Sideshow this year. Just didn't seem to be a whole lot of excitement for this piece, but I absolutely love it and can't wait to see it first hand.

I wonder if the overall reaction to this statue has anything to do with the fact that they gave the mantle of Thor to a female. There were quite a few Thor fans that hated this move by Marvel.

I'm a big Thor fan, pretty much the only Marvel comic I still read other then Hawkeye. I PO'd this day one. I think it looks amazing and hope the production pieces look as good. Will look great next to my Angela Ex.

Well, its nice to see fellow Thor fans that are open minded to change. I have actually really enjoyed a lot of the changes DC & Marvel have made with some of their long running characters. I have really enjoyed many of the Legacy Heroes. IMO, there is absolutely nothing wrong with trying to inject something new and exciting into a long run series like Thor, Spider-Man, Batman, Superman, etc. Eventually they will go back to the standard versions of these characters that people grew up reading, but small breaks here and there that offer something fresh and new is a good thing in my book.
