Warning: Art from Legendary.com
I had ordered 2 ken Taylor Pacific Rim Prints from legendary. They arrived today in 2 separate tubes. One tube was missing the end cap. They roll their posters long ways and use the exact same size Kraft paper to roll them in. They have bounced from end of the tube to the other hitting the staples that are holding the end caps. Some company's just amaze me. There is no way half of these posters will make it out in mint shape.
Anyway, be careful when ordering from them. Pocs coming.

That tube looks like it had water damage.

No water damage, the end cap just popped off and I'm guessing the post office taped it up. The other tube was mint but the poster inside had bounced from end to end damaging it. They didn't use enough Kraft paper to absorb the force of the slide in the tube. Anyone that's got a print from me knows it doesn't take much to do a proper poster wrap.

My tube wasn't as bad as that one but yeah, my Pacific Rim arrived damaged as well. They rolled the print side to side instead of top to bottom. The edges of the print just kept sliding against the end caps during shipping.
To add insult to injury they spelled Ken Taylor's name wrong. Apparently this art is brought to you by Ken Yaylor.

Jeez... Not cool at all. Hopefully, they'll replace this or offer a credit of some kind.

I'm asking for a full refund. When I saw how they did these, I just knew a lot, if not most of them would be damaged. Damn shame.
No tape on the end caps, looks like 1 staple in the side. It needed 3-4 staples per end cap. I prefer tape only.

There is no excuse for shipping a print like that. I hope you get your refund.
