This is just like Gentle Giant / Sideshow Winter Soldier Cap reveal in my eyes. It looks like somebody saw all the hype First4Figures was getting yesterday with their full statue and anime line reveal and are trying to take the wind out of their sails. You can say it's not what happened, but come on. I just don't like seeing companies in this niche market do that to each other. I just personally think it's crappy when one company does an hours long completed product reveal live stream interacting with fans, talking about their piece, and then a competitor shows off what is essentially a head drawing of their new same license less than 24 hours later. I'm sure I'll get both as I'm die hard for this license, Just feels tacky.

They gotta make sure they don't lose sales to F4F. Tsume did the same thing yesterday on Facebook too.

If XM hadn't announced this license like 2 months ago I would be inclined to agree with you. If they all of a sudden said...LOOK...we are doing OPM what do you all think...I would definitely be like...

Unfortunately, I fear that we will these companies get more competitive with each other as these licenses become more shared. I'd rather just see that competition stay in the quality and execution of the piece. I guess that's the moral of my story.

Possibly. XM stop doing that, please. Truth be told though...XM has been working on this for the past couple of months. They could probably have shown a couple concepts months ago. At least they didn't do that...so they should get a little credit for not dropping the bomb on F4F...because believe me...they could have.
