Are you talking about the 10% discount code that pops up if you put items in your cart but don’t pay for them right away? I thought those were account specific and each account can only ever use them once?

I've been trying to get one those 10% discount code to pop for the last few weeks. I leave Rogue in the cart, wait 10 minutes, nothing.
Occasionally, Sideshow also will send out little cards with promo codes that can be used for discounts towards PF as well.
I'm not giving up though, eventually a discount will drop, one way or another.

I added Juggernaut to my cart and waited. And waited some more. Then i made a cup of coffee. 30 minutes later, no sign of a code. Out he came, out the basket 
I decided to add Hot Toys Gamora to my cart. Then i used a $2 code and a $25 thank you code. In effect, i got 10% off one way or another.

A few years ago there was. A 5% code, 10% code or 20% would pop up. The 5% was most common, the 10% was semi-common and the 20% was rare.
But once people started to figure out how to get those to pop up ....and started sharing them here ....SSC got wind of it. They shut that down quick.
