Yeah, the delay in shipping out items after payment from international customers is rather annoying. I had assumed that the invoices were sent when all the shipping arrangements were known, and they just needed payment. But I also paid for my Minion on 18th Jan, and haven't heard anything since, nor received a reply to my email requesting an update.
I'm definitely glad that they've changed to work with Sideshow for orders and shipping, because Sideshow definitely handle that side of things much better. Hopefully all us international customers get some update soon.
