A job is a job regardless of the employer. It wasn't Fett's idea to carbonite freeze him. As for the Wookie scalps, I don't know the story behind that. Maybe they were really bad Wookies who deserved it lol..
I still think Fett plays in the grey area most of the time.

My guess and presumption would be the Dominic Toretto family angle since Jengo was shown raising him.
Boba plays for Boba whichever side that may be on just like Benicio del Toro's DJ just Boba isn't as smart but has more physical prowess.

The fact he helped out Mando show's he's not some heartless bad guy. It also shows he has a code of conduct he goes by.
Other than that, Boba wasn't shown much other then Clone Wars and even then, as a kid he had a chance to murder unarmed clones and he didn't do it.

As soon as you work as a bounty hunter for an evil planet destroying organization and or slug mafia your slightly more noble pursuits in life still remain tainted, especially if the most noble is not killing clones of yourself as a kid.

Disney can't do that, if Fett is the main character, he has to be the Protogenist, a good example for kids. After all these are kiddy shows.

Just watched it and a bit disappointed. LOVED Mandalorian so hope this gets better. Missed opportunity not using his classic score/themes from Empire though. The end recap music is awful when it?s so good on Mando.

Gotta say it’s a bit of a let down. Fett is kind of a wuss in this so far. Really hope it gets better.
