I am happy it is 1/4 scale. This will be THE definitive version of this guy. I cannot see anyone topping it.

Which is why I say that 1/6 is the proper scale for these things
The more I think about it the more I don't see any way this will be much less than $900 or so. Just think how many more he could have sold at 1/6 for $599.

Yeah, SS changed the game now everyone is leaning towards these huge pieces. I didn't mind at first but now everyone’s prices are outrageous and you run out of room really quick with these big pieces.

We will be very lucky if this is under 1k and that's not counting shipping. I think it's going to be about 27" tall not sure on the width and length.

I know this isn't close to being done, but the helmet seems way off. This helmet needs more mass, round occulars, and I don't get that Darth Vadar thing around the nose...I think a blazoned heraldic device looks better than that raised version you've got going.

There are certain anatomical aspects of the horse that I'm still battling
The helmet details are still being addressed. I had originally started copying the Bowen helmet but I heard people weren't too keen on it.
uuummmm... there are about ten thousand details that still need to be added. lol

i agree with all your comments here. and with those changes. if you do change these things. my critique would be that the horse needs to be bigger/taller. its a bit small compared to the DD on top of him IMO. the proportions of the hose look off as well 9whwich you have mentioned). if this is supposed to represent a Clydesdale type of horse then the hooves are fine. but it def needs to be bigger. if not they should be smaller and the horse just a bit taller.
just my observation.
your doing a hell of a job though. looking forward to the end result. .

Is ARH going to be making a Death Dealer on his own without the horse? So that we dont have to pay nearly $1000.
