I think it's time you just stopped dealing with her.
Being nice to her after all she has done just doesn't seem like the right thing to do IMO. I know you spent quite some time with this woman, but sometimes it's better just to call it quits and move on.
It may not be my business to say, but since you posted it I might as well have an opinion.
