The site told I was not registered ,then I have done and I can login alright . Problem is that I did not receive the link to buy so far though

Not yet. I wasn't registered either.
So I am also a new registrant to the site.
But I would think the email used for purchasing is more important then site registration for getting the link.
Since it's not yet Ryu buyers day and Ryu buyers day is 24 hours long don't stress yet. I'm sure the team is fullime on top of this the coming few days.
