Yeah I figured I would get that wrong. Well the Hong Kong guys are awesome then.

This Hong Kong/Chinese style and the Japanese are very similar and is ubiquitous with the comics from those regions. Does the style have a name?

I wish so many American comics were given artists so talented. Such great line work

The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket.

Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

From XM Studios Facebook page:

"Wips on HongKong comic 新著龙虎门 ....天下無敵。。。。"

This seems like a really cool series. I wish the comics were available translated online so I could get into them from the beginning.

Yes, this is a global license. I find that odd seeing as a lot of people are not even familiar with the series (myself included). I may be mistaken on how well known it is but I had never heard of it until this statue line was announced. It looks like a comic I could really get into.

Thanks I had a few comics from visiting NY and HK a long time ago as a kid. So looks like someone from those comics but have no idea. Either way love these Asian style characters. They use no weapons but makes all those awesome moves with thier hand motions.
