You got reward points for what you had actually paid thus far.

Yep, you get credit. So if you prepaid you get 100% back or if you preordered or payment plan you get what you have down back in SSC credit.

Worth noting. The minute I canceled all my prepays and preorders on my main account I was booted from their FB collectors group...

So I wound up canceling the other 3 accounts I had worth of prepays also. SHADY MF'er's

Don’t worry, they won’t be censoring anything here ever again.. so speak your minds! I too am puzzled why people are still buying from them when they have literally conned innocent people out of their hard earned money. I no longer support pcs or ever will.

You were very positive about the new owners & the new PCS in general all the way up to the Sakura PO and wanted to pick her up...so whats changed in the last month or so?

thanks guys, I seem to have only gotten credit for what my balance owed was. I think i'll talk to them about that tomorrow.

I think Blacksunn got a bit confused and was referring to Sideshow Credit for cancelled orders.

But yes the results are the same: many have gotten reward points on the entire purchase but there have been some in like you that only received reward points for the balance that had not been paid. Some members have successfully got them to adjust it.
