Yeah Orville is more in line with TNG, Deep Space Nine and Voyager... Discovery is full on Drama with very little humor...
Anyone else think the new Klingons look like reptiles?
Overall I'm still enjoying Discovery, especially the last few episodes....

Just watched the latest episode and the writers sure know how to make a cliffhanger. Can't wait til the next episode.

Sucks they only made 12 episodes... But Fox did renew it for a second season...

I was thinking the same thing and think it would be great to have Zachary Quinto and Bruce Greenwood appear on the show.
It's too bad we'll have to wait until 2019 for season 2

I would also like those things. Despite the whole 'this isn't part of the alternate Kelvin Universe', those actors would provide some grounding to Discovery, which I felt was much more 'Star Trek' in the later half of the season.
