2020 Delays

I will be curious if they show us much new this year or open up preorders? With a factory backlog, might not see much new shown for awhile either. Though SS positioned themselves well for this, having taken on a larger role as a distributor, they still have things to sell.

Pretty much anticipate this myself, and anything announced now def will be Q2-3 next year.

Colossus i suspect may come out earlier as he was anticipated early this year anyway.

But Gambit/Cyclops probably will be pushed back again to Late Q3-4.

I mean with China re-opening and things seemingly getting back to normalish as can be there, I don't know if I would say everything is not getting released this year.

Colossus for sure will probably still be released Q2-Q3. He was probably already in the works next after Sabretooth got released. I could see him being the last normal release to hit close to ontime. Right now he says May-August on the site. That's reasonable and already pushed back by SS.

Cyclops and Gambit are tricky. I still say they are released this year, but Q3-Q4 like you said.

Gambit currently says Aug-Nov, and was already pushed back, so I'm sure SS already factored in potential delays.

Cyclops says Jul-Sep, BUT hasn't had the dreaded "delayed" email by SS. I thought for sure that would come but maybe they are just waiting things out. I'd love to get Cyclops in Jul-Sep but that seems unlikely. Probably end of September or October sounds more likely.

China just put another city on quarantine. Anything that makes its way over will likely just be a trickle. Maybe not even full shipments.

I when Sideshow will receive their next container filled with Hot Toys?
..as it appears to have been a while, 3-6 months since they last took delivery (this knowledge is based on the various delay emails sent).

Sideshow just posted The Royal Guard PF for release between December, of this year!, to February 2021. I think that shows they have confidence in their supply chains.

There are so many pieces already in the pipeline and they are still announcing releases for possible shipping this year.

and even if things start shipping out from China these boats dock and unload in California so until the docks fully reopen and the dock workers back to work the ships and or crates might just sit there for weeks.
