When can you assume a package has been lost?

I know with Covid-19 things are slow.

But my package (International, From the US to EU) has not moved for almost 2 months (Says: Arrived at Regional Facility - In transit)

2 Months is a long time even with whats going on.

Anyone in or have been in the same boat?

I have a statue that sat from early April until just last week because the cheaper shipper I chose was closed until last week. I talked to the company I bought it from and it had been sitting in their warehouse until the shipper reopened. You could try contacting the company and see if it is a similar situation.

Same time frame as me then

Its a USPS package and i have talked with the company and they say "It will be delivered"
