I hope that the Predator line is coming to Prime 1.

Lord of the rings and Predator would definitely kill my wallet if it ever happened, especially in 1/3 scale. Terminator is pretty meh imo. There are plenty of quality Terminator pieces out there in every scale.

There are a handful of licensed, high-quality Predator collectibles at best, and WETA's LotR statues are tiny.
Neither franchise has been done justice in collectible form yet IMO.

Sideshow produced fantastic lotr pfs. I remember a few years ago when each release was a pure knock out. So I think they done justice to them.

If this turns out to be true, it shouldn't matter if Sideshow carries Prime 1, they won't be allowed to carry the T1 line. Wouldn't that be a little hypocritical? They complain about XM selling X-men statues outside of their licensed territory and then turn around and sell T1 out of its licensed territory? I know it's a little weird since SS does have the T1 license. I really do hope we can get these without any problems. I want every release.

All it means is more license wrangling shenanigans.

It would be a business relationship just like Sideshow has with Hot Toys. Both companies compete on 1/6 Star wars figures and Sideshow sells both lines on their site. Should be the same for Prime 1. Remember that Sideshow is getting a cut of whatever Prime 1 sells on their site.

Looking forward to seeing what they offer, I was hoping to see the Predator logo in there though...
