I do agree their website is a big turd and unfriendly, but once you do get logged in using their email verification code, you can navigate to your orders and see the "status". Mine says "handling order" and does say package by FedEx, but it doesn't show as "delivered to carrier" or "shipped" yet. Hopefully this week!

Yeah, that could be it. After I made my comment, I tried again and this time they actually sent the code in time enough for me to use it. I'm also in the "handling order" stage.
Congrats on your 4 purchases! I also got 4... two 1/10 MCU for me and two MiniCos for my wife (all spur of the moment and I don't even remember what they were haha). I was going to make another order, but with the website issues and the shipping delay, I've mostly lost interest. I still have the browser tabs up, so we'll see how things go.

i bagged Tiamat for 30% off. mine is also in the handling stage, but says it should be delivered by 7/1, so i'm guessing it will go out soon.

Hopefully this thread helps some people out, I know this forum can be mostly dead.
Popcultcha.au has an end of fiscal year sale right now. 20% of in stock items with code EOFY. You can use this on many Iron Studios pieces, including convention exclusives they have in stock. If you are in the states you don't get charged tax. So even with a small shipping charge, many items end up being cheaper by $10 or $20 vs. ordering from somewhere like Sideshow or Ironstudios.

I tried to put a discount code on the JP final scene diorama but it didn’t show in the price, and it didn’t say the code was wrong. Is that because there was already a discount on with the 50%?
