If 1:3 Goro comes out as close to the proto as for example 1:3 Ryu then he will be PCS's flagship for quite some time to come...glad I ordered!

A production pic was posted recently on fb with a ruler next to him showing he is 28-29 inches tall without the base...I think he'll be close to the advertised size including the base

This and the Shao on throne are what I would consider grails in the long haul. I still would have preferred fully sculpted, though.
