Yes "early days Hulk" would lose when in a comic designed for team work and having it's member run into a battle without thinking and lose in the beginning.
Today's hulk is a whole different ball game and Hulk would win. Hulk went punch for punch with the maestro destroyer armor.
An angry hulk who only gets stronger will eventually win.

Yes at one point Galactus acquired the armor and used it for his bidding. Loki eventually stole it from him and used it to fight Thor again
