Big G has defeated multiple Celestials and Celestials in general, but given that there are mid and high range Celestials;
Vs. a couple of mid-ranges - Galactus
Vs. a couple of top tier Celestials - Celestials
Vs. one top tier - that's a tough call , but I would eventually give it to Big G.
Vs them all - Celestials.

In Thor 300, the Celestials made mincemeat of Odin. Odin gathered the entire life force of all the Asgardians along with himself into the destroyer. Even armed with the Odinsword, this is what happened:
Gaea had to step in and save the day.
In Mighty Thor(Fraction & Coipel), Odin held his own against Galactus.
 
One Celestial would be a match for big G, but more of them would obliterate him...

I've always thought of the Celestials as being somewhat more powerful than Galactus. This, however, may be due to the fact that most of the time Galactus has been portrayed he is at his lowest levels and needs to feed.
One on one I think they are evenly matched if Galactus is fully fed.

Galactus went up against 4 Celestials in FF#603, defeated one before they decided to go "Voltron" on him.

I think Big G can handle a couple if need be, more if he was "fully" powered.
